Mrs. Perdue served from 2009 to 2013.<\/li>\n<li>Have written and presented several \u201cAuctioneer\u201d Continued Education programs.<\/li>\n<li>Have written and have had published several Real Estate Auction articles for The North Carolina State and Georgia State Magazines.<\/li>\n<li>Have conducted several \u201cBenefit Auctions for Schools and Churches as well as the St. Jude Children\u2019s Research Hospital, Memphis Tennessee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ba0203;\">Hundreds of Auctions Since 1963\u2026<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Since our beginning in 1963 Pierce Auction Service and Real Estate, Inc. has conducted hundreds of Personal Property Auctions.<br \/>\n-Selling estates for families.<br \/>\n-Selling out Distribution Centers.<br \/>\n-Sold out numerous Furniture Stores.<br \/>\n-Sold out a variety of different Retail Stores.<br \/>\n-Sold out the inventory of a Moving and Storage Company.<br \/>\n-Sold out numerous Distribution Centers and Manufacturing Plants.<br \/>\n-Sold out a large number of Machine Shops, Churches and one nursing home.<br \/>\n-Sold numerous Restaurants and Bars, and the list goes on\u2026\u2026..<\/p>\n<p>We have sold out many developments, and have sold hundreds and hundreds of acres of land.<\/p>\n<p>Over the years we have sold more homes than we can count. We have sold numerous condo\u2019s, and apartment buildings.
